Your company email address follows this format: lastname@viewlicity.com (Login) lastname@puttview.com (Email Sending)
You can send emails only from @puttview.com.
You can receive emails from @puttview.com, @viewlicity.com, and their regional subdomains (de, asia, eu).
All internal emails are encrypted.
A small lock symbol in Outlook indicates encryption.
If an email appears empty or unreadable, double-click it to decrypt.
Access all Office 365 apps online at: https://www.office.com
Includes Outlook, SharePoint, OneDrive, Planner, Teams, etc.
Update your profile and upload a picture via Delve.

Found in Outlook under Groups.
If you don’t see a shared mailbox, contact IT.
To send emails from a shared mailbox:
Click New Email.
Click From (enable via Options > From if hidden).
Choose Other Email Address and enter the shared mailbox address.
Sending from @viewlicity.com? Contact IT to configure the sender domain.
We use email distribution lists to reach specific teams. Example lists:

If you need changes or access to a list, contact IT.
You will be added automatically to necessary groups by admins.
View all groups in Outlook > Groups or Teams > Teams.
Use Teams > Conversations for discussions and questions.
General discussions and company-wide news happen in 09_Teams.
Every new team creates:
A SharePoint site
A Group Mailbox
An Email Address
Before creating a new group, check if an existing one meets your needs.
If unsure, consult a group admin before creating a new group.
New group creation rules:
Follow the company naming convention (see Excel file).
Assign two admins responsible for the group.
Document the group in the admin Excel file.
Sync your OneDrive documents with Windows Explorer:

Store work-related files securely in OneDrive and SharePoint.
